Palmeraie Golf Hotel

The Palmeraie Spa is set in a building adjacent to the main hotel complex. It houses a traditional hammam, tiled with tiny blue tiles, sauna with eucalyptus-scented steam, hot and cold jetted tubs, and unisex relaxation zones lined with peach marble. A menu of beauty treatments is on offer, using natural argile and henna and products from French Maria Galland brand.

Other facilities around the spa include souvenir shops, a bank with ATM, tailor, pharmacy and hairdresser. The kids’ club is open during high season and offers all day supervised activities for children aged four and over. The conference centre has nine meeting rooms, plus audio visual equipment and a business centre with computers and printers.

The 286 rooms and 28 suites are set over four floors and accessed via arched corridors decorated with ornate tilework. All rooms have small seating areas with sofas, desks, wireless Internet (surcharge) and phones on a lower level, with blue and white tiled floors and access to balconies or terraces with canvas chairs and tiled wrought iron tables.

Steps lead up to the bedroom areas, with cable television, bedside tables with complimentary mineral water and a side entrances with wardrobes, safes and chests of drawers leading into the bathrooms. Bathrooms come with bathrobes, slippers, bidets, bathtub/shower combinations and hair dryers. Toiletries include bath salts, and the bathrooms are sprinkled with rose petals by the daily housekeeping service.
